1st Time Homebuyer Seminar & MORE

Nikia Richardson & Sabrina Brown will host a 1st Time Homebuyer Seminar on August 20th from 10 AM – 2 PM. This event will feature 1st-time homebuyer information, speakers, light refreshments, back-to-school supplies giveaway, and more!

As a thank you to our community’s outpouring support, Harkes Realty & Associates created the Harkes Realty Community Initiative Fund.

Since Harkes Realty opened its door, a percentage of funds have been collected from each closing. The funds collected are used to give back to the communities we do business in and with.
