Protecting your private information is our priority. Harkes Realty & Associates LLC’s privacy
policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is to make you aware of our policies and procedures regarding the
collection and safeguard of data provided by you to us as you use or engage with the Site and our

Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include

We provide marketing services and products for sale (the “Services”). The Services include but
are not limited to subscriptions, consulting, coaching, apparel, books in any formats, journals,
planners, products, videos, and anything else provided by Company and its subsidiaries, partners,

deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the

Company’s Intellectual Property. Company’s Intellectual Property is subject, but not limited to,

Realty & Associates LLC.
