Scott Rice
It is said that one of the best wealth-building assets is real estate. I realized that through the actions of family members as a child and in my adult years. As a child, I watched one of my aunts purchase 3 homes, all while earning only a very small wage. As an adult, I watched as my father-in-law acquired and managed his own rental properties. Subsequently, I began my pursuit of real estate at the age of 25 when I purchased a two-family home here in Trenton. Since then, I have always encouraged others to pursue real estate as a viable option to renting. Therefore, real estate as a primary residence or as an investment has always been of interest to me, and I would like to share that with others. Most of my friends own at least one property and a few own as many as 20.
With over 30 years of homeownership and property management experience, I bring several qualities to my clients. I have an above-average understanding of the home construction and repair process. I truly enjoy working with people and sincerely desire to see others obtain their goals through buying and/or selling real estate. I take pride in being detail-oriented, an excellent problem solver, and a good listener.
